I feel sick, sad and helpless.
The news is full of horrible stories.
I can't shake the feeling of guilt and despair.
I am shocked that these people didn't evacuate,
Amazed that help has taken so long to arrive.
I cry for these people.
I pray for these people.
I will donate what I can.
It doesn't feel like enough.
